TERMS OF SALE (Worldwide) — AODE

1) Who we are

"Seller", "we", "us" means the AODE publisher ("Licensor" in the license). "Customer", "you" means the buyer.

These Terms govern the purchase. Use of the Software is governed by the AODE Worldwide Commercial License (Solo) ("License"). If there is a conflict, mandatory applicable law applies.

2) What you are buying

You are buying a license key and access to the AODE Software, delivered digitally. The License is incorporated by reference and is part of the purchase contract.

3) Order and checkout

An order is completed when payment is successful and we confirm delivery (license key issued and/or download access granted).

We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of our License.

4) Price, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown at checkout. Currency is displayed at checkout. Taxes (VAT/sales tax) may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where required.

5) Delivery (digital)

Digital delivery is completed when:

• the license key is issued to you, and/or
• download access is granted.

Delivery is typically immediate, but may be delayed for manual review or technical issues.

6) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK-style consumer rules)

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory "cooling-off" period (e.g., EU/EEA), you may have a right to withdraw within 14 days.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (digital delivery starts), if:

• you request immediate delivery, and
• you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery/performance begins.

7) Refunds

Refund rules are defined in the Refund Policy (incorporated by reference). Where mandatory consumer law requires a remedy (e.g., lack of conformity), we will provide the legally required remedy.

8) Lack of conformity (defects) — consumer remedies

If mandatory consumer law applies and the Software does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory remedies. We may first offer a fix, patch, workaround, or replacement instructions within a reasonable time. If conformity cannot be restored as required by law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or contract termination and refund, as required by law.

9) No support; updates

Unless explicitly purchased as a separate service, support is not included. Updates are not included unless the Licensor releases them for free or mandatory law requires necessary updates (see License).

10) Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your license key during the dispute. If a chargeback is decided against us, your license may be terminated for non-payment.

Nothing here limits your legal rights. We may contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using order and delivery records.

11) Acceptable use and compliance

You must comply with the License. Unauthorized resale/redistribution/public release is prohibited and may result in termination and claims.

12) Third-party services

Payment processing and taxes may be handled by third parties. Their terms may also apply.

13) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is". Our liability is limited as stated in the License and to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes are handled in Lithuania, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
